Citizens in Defense of Waller County (CDWC) is a community-led nonprofit dedicated to preserving the rural character, natural resources, and historic heritage of Waller County through facts, transparency, and civic engagement.
Formed in response to TexasLand USA's proposed theme park, CDWC helps residents understand complex public issues, participate meaningfully in the process, and protect the place generations of Texans have called home.
